I recently had my first HydraFacial with Jenny, and I can't recommend her services enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how kind, thoughtful, and professional Jenny is. She took the time to explain the entire process before we even started, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed about what to expect. Jenny listened carefully to my concerns regarding my skin type, past irritation, and scarring, and tailored the treatment to suit my needs perfectly. The space itself is absolutely lovely—clean, peaceful, and aesthetically pleasing. It's clear that Jenny puts a lot of care into her environment, which added to the overall relaxing experience. The location is also really convenient, and parking is a breeze, which is always a bonus! After my experience, I brought my daughter in (on the recommendation of another parent) to see if Jenny could help with some problem areas on her nose. Not only did Jenny address her skin concerns with professionalism, but she also treated my daughter with so much patience and respect throughout the service. My daughter felt completely at ease, and the results were fantastic! For the level of care, expertise, and results, I feel like the prices could easily be higher—Jenny’s services are worth every penny. I definitely recommend this business. Jenny is a wonderful person, very kind and welcoming. She creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere and, as the name of the business implies, is meticulous with the services she provides. I had a lash lift and tint, and my lashes look so beautiful. I also had a Hydrafacial and my skin feels so soft and is glowing. Jenny did a thorough job and explained every step to me so that I knew what to expect. She used quality products suited to my skin's needs, and even suggested some products I could use that would be beneficial for my skin type. The fact that she took the time and consideration to give me these suggestions, at no gain to her, shows that she is invested in her clients and cares about them, and wants to help them. I’ve had many facials over the years and I must say I’ve never experienced such a thorough cleaning as I did with Jenny. I also immediately felt that I was in good hands, with someone who is so knowledgeable and explained what my skin type needs and took the time to go through different products that would be best for my skin…highly recommend Jenny and her services she offers!
